Toddy Mizaabianto Sugoto

President Commissioner

 

Toddy M. Sugoto acquired his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Massachusetts, USA. He has assumed the role as Commissioner for PT Kirana Megatara since 2010. His other present positions include Commissioner of PT Triputra Agro Persada (since 2008), Director of PT Persada Capital Investama (since 2005), Commissioner of PT Tri Nur Cakrawala (since 2004) and Commissioner of PT Pandu Alam Persada (since 2004).

 

In the span of 2004 – 2005, he was assigned as a Foreign Exchange Trader with JP Morgan Chase in Jakarta. Previously, he held positions at Bank Niaga from 2004 – 2005, as Treasury Marketing Dealer and Junior Foreign Exchange Dealer. His earlier job experience seen him worked for Solectron Massachusetts Corporation, in Westborough, Massachusetts, USA, (2000), and for United Technology, Pratt and Whitney in North Haven, Connecticut, USA (1997).

Arif Rachmat

Commissioner

 

Arif Rachmat earned his Master of Engineering degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from the prestigious Cornell University, Ithaca, New York in 1998. He assumes the responsibility of the following positions: Commissioner at PT Kirana Megatara (since 2010), President Director of PT Triputra Agro Persada (since 2009), Director of PT Triputra Investindo Arya (since 2008), Director of PT Triputra Persada Rachmat (since 2007), and President Commissioner of BPR & Parasahabat Foundation (since 2005).

 

He amassed valuable work experience during his employment at world-class General Electric Company in Fairfield, Connecticut, USA, from 1998 to 2005. His stints there included CT Staff of Corporate Audit and instructor for statistical engineering graduates, Manager of Operation & Facilities, and he was involved in the Six Sigma Black Belt as well as in the Operation Management Leadership Program. Previously, he had worked for the Peregrine Fixed Income (1997) and Nippon Denso (1996).

Sandana Dass

Commissioner

 

In 2017 he was entrusted to manage Kirana Megatara Group and its subsidiaries serving as Commissioners and currently work as Chief Executive Officer of R1 International Pte Ltd, Singapore since 2001 too. Previously worked as Director of Marketing and Operations at Mardec Berhad, Malaysia in 1973-2001, Managing Director at Mardec International Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia in 1980 - 2002.

 

He earned Master in Entrepreneurship at Asian Institute of Management, Singapore in 2003 and Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Malaya, Malaysia in 1969-1972.

Sun, Heliang

Commissioner

Has an educational background in the field of Accounting Computerization and Accounting. He completed study at Heilongjiang Tax School in 2002 for Accounting Computerization and Completed Accounting in Harbin Institute of Technology (2006). He currently serves as Finance General Manager at HRG since 2016. Previously served as Audit Department General Manager at Hainan Haiyao Co., Ltd. (2012-2016), Financial Management Department Deputy Manager (China Huiyuan Juice Group Co / Year 2009 – 2012), and served as Audit Project Manager (RSM Accounting Firm / Year 2006 – 2009).

Antonius Joenoes Supit

Independent Commissioner

 

Currently work as Commissioner at Kirana Megatara Group and Commissioner of PT. Berlian Laju Tanker since 2014, Chairman of PT. Sierad Produce, Tbk since July 2006, and Commissioner of PT. Adis Dimension Footwear since 2000. Previously worked as Vice Chairman first in the year 2005-2006, Director of PT. Sierad Produce, Tbk year 1999-2003, Director of PT. Lintas Adhikrida 1989-1999. The current position of the organization is Vice Chairman of the National Remuneration Council since 2012, Treasurer of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) since 2012, Member of the Supervisory Board of Prasetiya Mulya Business School since 2008, Chairman of the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO) since 2003, Chairman of the Indonesian Poultry Companies Association (GAPPI) since 2002, Founder and Treasurer of the Regional Autonomy Implementation Monitoring Committee since 2001.  Also served as Chairman of the National Economic Recovery Committee (KPEN) in 2000-2007, member of the National Business Development Council (DPUN) in 2000, Chairman of the Indonesian Footwear Association (APRISINDO) in 1997-2003, Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce (KADIN) Div. Manpower and Industrial Relation.

Zhang Daqiang

Commissioner

Currently serves as commissioner since 2021 and CEO of Overseas Management Platform at Hainan Rubber Industry Group Co., Ltd. since September 2020.

Previously, Mr. Zhang, Daqiang served as General Manager of Risk Control Department at COFCO Trading Co., Ltd. from December 2013 to August 2020, as Deputy General Manager of Business Department at COFCO Cereals & Oils Co., Ltd. from February 2002 to November 2013, and as Business Manager at COFCO Futures Co., Ltd. from August 1994 to January 2002.

He earned a Master of Economics from Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing, China in 1994.

Leow Wei Chang

Commissioner

 

Leow Wei Chang acquired his bachelor degree in accounting at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore in 2000, followed by Master of Business Administration degree at Manchester Business School, United Kingdom in 2014. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a Chartered Financial Analyst, CFA.

In Sept 2023 he served as a Commissioner of the Kirana Megatara Group. Before, he had been in several key positions in several companies. In 2000-2007 he became a manager at PWC Singapore, and then became financial controller at Soya China Pte. Ltd in 2007 - 2009. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at Anchun International Holdings Ltd for 5 years (2009-2014). In 2014 - July 2023 he served as a Chief Financial Officer at R1 International Pte Ltd. Another position he’s currently serving since August 2023 is as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer at R1 International Pte Ltd.

Donny F. Tomasoa

Independent Commissioner

 

In 2017 he was entrusted to manage Kirana Megatara Group and its subsidiaries serving as Independent Commissioners, currently work as Director at PT. Sepatu Prima Indonesia since 2015, as Director, Legal and Compliance since 2014 at PT. Bintang Agung Persada, Associate di Kantor Hukum Endeh Herdiani, SH. MH and Associates, and as Business Advisory Services Head at PT. The Practice Consulting since 2013. Previously work as consultant at BYLaws since 2012-2013, Sales Manager at PT. Seamless Pipe Indonesia Jaya (Tenaris Group) in 2012 and as Contract Manager from 1998 to 2011 at PT. BJ Services Indonesia. Earned Master degree from Padjajaran University (UNPAD), and Bachelor of Law from Pakuan University (UNPAK), also Bachelor of Economics from STIE Jayakarta.

Hermanto Siregar

Independent Commissioner

Hermanto Siregar is a professor at Department of Economics, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB University), Indonesia. He obtained Ph.D. in economics from Lincoln University, New Zealand in 2001, and since then published around 300 papers in academic journals in the fields of agricultural economics and policies as well as macroeconomics, finance and banking. Since 2018 until now Hermanto has been Rector of Perbanas Institute, Jakarta.


Aside from being academics, Hermanto also has non-academic experiences. In the commercial sector, he had served as Independent Commissioner in the biggest bank in Indonesia, i.e. Bank BRI, from 2011 to 2015. Before that he had been Independent and President Commissioner in PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (micro financing state-owned enterprise) during 2007-2011. He had also served as Independent and President Commissioner in Bank BRI Syariah, a subsidiary of Bank BRI, from 2015 to 2019.


In the public sector, he had been in the board of economic advisers to President Yudhoyono (Komite Ekonomi Nasional) during 2011-2014. Hermanto is active in professional organizations including the Asia Pacific Agricultural Policy Forum and the Indonesian Society of Agricultural Economics (PERHEPI) where he had been the president from 2017 to 2020.
