The opening activity of the beginning of 2025 which is routinely carried out by PT Tirta Sari Surya is Coffee Morning, which was held on Friday (3/1). One of the goals is as a means of raising the spirit for all staff. In addition, Coffee Morning is a forum for maintaining communication and bridging family ties between staff.

It started with a speech from Mr. Bambang Agus Purwanto as the Operational Director of PT Tirta Sari Surya after the BERSINAR cheer was recited together. Kirana DNA, namely Integrity & Ethics, Excellence, Compassion, and Humility, was conveyed well by Mr. Bambang along with its realization in life, both inside and outside the factory.

The management including the operational director and the management team explained the review of the factory's achievements in 2024 and the joint preparation strategy in 2025 in order to achieve the target of success. A light discussion was also opened to overcome the difficulties that are being faced and will be faced together.

This activity was closed with a funny sharing session packaged in the form of Stand Up Comedy and delivered by one of the staff. All staff enjoyed and coordinated well in this activity. Coffee morning, which is an annual routine agenda of PT Tirta Sari Surya, has brought many positive things to the factory and all staff in achieving success together.
