Kubu Raya – As part of the company's commitment to fostering a sense of community and enhancing teamwork, PT New Kalbar Processors (PT NKP) organized an Employee Gathering on Saturday, October 11, 2025. The event took place at Pasir Panjang Beach, Singkawang City, West Kalimantan.

Under the theme “Rising Stronger Together” along with the tagline “Rise Stronger, Together Greater,” the event was attended by all employees and management of PT NKP. This gathering served as a platform to build synergy between departments, renew the spirit of unity, and reinforce the Company’s values ahead of 2026.

The event began with an opening session, followed by a Board Message 2026 reading from Kirana Megatara Group, which outlined the Company's hopes and strategic directions for the upcoming year. Afterwards, all participants prayed together as a form of gratitude and hope for the successful operation of the company in the future.

The atmosphere became even more lively with ice breaking sessions and various team building games involving all participants. These activities were designed to build teamwork, effective communication, and create a more harmonious workplace environment.

Furthermore, the series of activities was enlivened by the announcement of contest prizes, door prizes, and a grand prize, which became the highlight of the event. By organizing this employee gathering, PT New Kalbar Processors reaffirmed the importance of building a solid and sustainable work culture to achieve the company's vision together.
