Continuous improvement activities must be carried out in an effort to face business competition. Employees play an important role in efforts to carry out continuous improvement activities. Training is also carried out in an effort to prepare employees in introducing the concept and implementation of 8 steps & 7 tools in QCC. This refreshment training is held at PT Kirana Musi Persada routinely every month, which is attended by representatives of QCC members per cycle from 17 QCC circles from different departments/sections. The training is carried out using the method of delivering material and questions and answers. With good support from the management and departments in the company and the enthusiasm of the participants, the training runs smoothly and effectively. The results of the pre-test and post-test show that with QCC training, there is an increase in understanding of 8 steps & 7 tools in QCC as a continuous improvement activity.

"The feedback that can be obtained from the implementation of this refreshment training is to shape and guide employees in the problem-solving process by implementing 8 steps and 7 tools when doing QCC, respecting and upholding human values ​​through the creation of a supportive work environment, exploring employee abilities and creativity to realize unlimited possibilities through the opportunity for each person to express their ideas, offering employees the opportunity to express their best ideas so that they also support career development in the workplace, and encouraging a culture of cooperation in solving a problem," said Mr. Supianto (MI & ISO Staff).

"Alhamdulillah, this training agenda has entered its 12th month, and we have carried out 17 cycles of refreshment training for the 2024 period. Of course this training will continue to be refreshed routinely by KMP every year so that friends can continue to be enthusiastic about working on producing their creative ideas so that they can be expressed in the form of improvements, namely QCC," added Hersaguran (Training Staff).
