This award was presented by SWA Media Group in collaboration with Business Digest at an annual event held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta, on Thursday, July 10, 2025. This awarding is part of a series of events, including Indonesia Brand Excellence in Customer Value 2025, Indonesia Original Brand (IOB) 2025, and IBEE 2025, as a form of appreciation for companies that are able to build strong brands rooted in employee engagement in creating the best value and service for customers.
