National K3 Month, commemorated annually, serves as a reminder that occupational safety and health are not merely regulatory obligations, but the core foundation for creating sustainable productivity. Through this program, the company reaffirms that safety is the top priority in every work activity. In celebration of National K3 Month, PT Pantja Surya organized a series of activities as part of its commitment to building and strengthening a safety culture within its operational environment. This program became a strategic momentum to increase awareness, compliance, and active participation of all employees in implementing K3 standards.

The activities carried out included Blood Donation and Eye Health Screening, a K3 Quiz Competition, 5R Assessment, a PPE Usage Competition, K3 Fitness Exercise, and were concluded with a K3 Ceremony

These activities were designed not only as ceremonial events, but also as learning opportunities and a comprehensive reinforcement of a safe working culture. All employees were encouraged to actively identify potential hazards in their respective work areas and to report unsafe conditions and unsafe actions. During the National K3 Month Ceremony, Mr. Hidayat Lubis encouraged every worker to remind one another. Each individual is responsible for supporting and reminding others, fostering safe work habits as part of daily behavior.

In line with the 2026 National K3 Month theme, “Creating K3 Innovation Through the Implementation of Behavior Based Safety,” the company continues to evaluate and improve its safety management system through ongoing enhancements, including the provision of supporting facilities, workforce competency development, and the implementation of aligned operational standards. PT Pantja Surya’s management also invited all employees to commit together to maintaining Zero Rank A & Fatality and reducing workplace accident rates in Rank B and Rank C.
