The socialization of Kirana DNA values ​​must be carried out continuously and sustainably to all personnel in the Kirana Megatara Group. It is believed that in this way, over time, personnel will have a uniform understanding of the Kirana DNA values and will eventually implement them as the behavior of all personnel in the Kirana Megatara Group. In order to build the Kirana Megatara Group culture, PT Kirana Musi Persada has scheduled the training for employees in stages, and this is a series of Kirana DNA values ​​socialization programs, which will be carried out comprehensively for all employees of PT Kirana Musi Persada.

This Kirana DNA refreshment training was held on Friday, March 28, 2025, for the operator level, especially for employees who have just joined PT KMP. Of course, this training is very useful for employees so that they can understand what Kirana DNA is so that it can be implemented in their respective work areas.

"The long-term goal of implementing this training is for employees to understand the Kirana DNA values ​​well; it is hoped that they can behave in accordance with the Kirana DNA values ​​consistently, which will ultimately form a corporate culture."
