Indragiri Hulu – Goodyear conducted another audit at PT Tirta Sari Surya on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The audit conducted by Goodyear focused on quality and sustainability. This audit is part of a routine process to ensure that product quality standards and sustainability practices implemented by the factory are in line with global expectations and customer needs.

PT Tirta Sari needs to prove that the quality of SIR produced meets the specifications of each of their customers, including Goodyear. In addition, PT Tirta Sari Surya's level of compliance in implementing existing regulations is also an important point in this audit. The audit was assisted by the QA and Sustainability Team from the Head Office to ensure that the series of activities ran well. All aspects need to be reviewed, from the quality management system and production processes to the implementation of sustainability principles in the work environment.

Goodyear auditor, Nicholas Chew, conducted a thorough check of various operational aspects, including the application of procedures, compliance with standards, and consistency in maintaining production quality. During the audit process, PT Tirta Sari Surya demonstrated excellent preparation and cooperation. Each department involved was able to provide information and supporting evidence in accord with the requirements, ensuring that the entire process ran effectively and efficiently.

The results of this audit showed that PT Tirta Sari Surya is committed to maintaining product quality and strengthening sustainability. This also shows that the Company's continuous improvement efforts are on the right track, in line with international market demands and the Company's responsibility to the environment and the surrounding community.
