Jakarta, February 6, 2025 – Kirana Megatara once again held the Performance Contract & Kick Off SHE 2025 event, which took place on Thursday (6/2) at the Head Office. This activity is an important momentum for the company in strengthening its commitment to safety, health, and the work environment (SHE) as well as operational achievements for the next year.

The event began with the presentation of awards to several factories with the best performance in certain categories throughout 2024. The awards were given to:

• 2024 Best Batch Performance: PT Karini Utama

• 2024 Best Operational Compliance: PT Kirana Sapta

• 2024 Best SHE Compliance: PT New Kalbar Processors

• 2020 - 2024 Best People Contributor PT Djambi Waras - Jujuhan

In addition to the award presentation, this event was also filled with socialization from various divisions regarding the strategies and targets to be achieved in 2025. This socialization aims to align the vision of all elements of the company in supporting more efficient and sustainable operations.

As a form of company commitment, a performance contract was signed by the Board of Directors (BOD), Division Head, Department Head, and Operational Director. This signing is a symbol of the dedication of all leaders in realizing the goals and responsibilities that have been agreed upon together.

This event was made even more interesting by a talk show session featuring resource person Prof. Hermanto Siregar, PhD, an expert in economics and industrial policy. This talk show was moderated by Mr. Hendy Endarwan and Mr. Yayamin Jakob, who discussed various important aspects related to operational sustainability and future industry challenges.

With the implementation of the Performance Contract & Kick Off SHE 2025, Kirana Megatara reaffirmed its commitment to creating a safe, healthy, and highly competitive work environment.
