Basic Safety Training is a basic training provided to employees to ensure their safety at workplace. This training will provide participants with an overview of ways in managing a work environment that is safe, convenient, zero accidents and occupational diseases. Participants will understand the principles of occupational safety and health in the environment so as to create a safety and healthy culture that reduces the impact of occupational accidents in the workplace. Saturday, April 19, 2025 in the training room of PT Kirana Musi Persada at 09:00 WIB, the basic safety training refreshment agenda was conducted. This training was attended by 13 employees from each related department.

“The purpose of this training is to raise employees' awareness and comprehension of safety and health at the workplace as well as the importance of using personal protective equipment during activities", Mr. Rasyid (Head of Safety Sub Division) gave statement as he delivered the training matters.

“I believe this training is beneficial, I came to understand the definition of unsafe action and unsafe condition and would be more careful in performing my work activities and be more aware of the use of PPE during work” said Danny Aji Prajosa (Training participant).

“Following this training, I plan to be more careful in my work to prevent accidents, misery, and misfortune as explained by Mr. Rasyid.”  Said Mulyadi (General affair).

“In conclusion, basic safety training is essential for employees as it helps in raising safety awareness at the workplace, reducing occupational injuries and accidents, upgrading work skills, promoting compliance with safety regulations, enhancing job satisfaction, and improve the Company's reputation. Therefore, companies shall ensure their employees have received adequate basic safety training.” said Mr. Hersaguran (Training Staff) as he wrapped up the training agenda. Up to the end of the event, the training activities ran well and in an orderly manner as training participants seemed to be very focused on listening to the subject matter presented by Mr. Rasyid (Basic Safety Training Presenters/Head of Safety Sub Division).
