PT Kirana Musi Persada has consistently implemented its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in an effective, efficient, and integrated manner to ensure the quality management system is properly maintained. ISO 9001:2015 is a quality management standard designed to help organizations ensure they meet customer and stakeholder needs, comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to their products or services, and apply risk-based management principles. In line with this commitment, a TÜV Rheinland ISO 9001:2015 audit was conducted at PT Kirana Musi Persada on January 27, 2026, by the TÜV Rheinland audit team, an internationally recognized certification body appointed to conduct ISO 9001:2015 certification audits under the Indonesian National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM RI).

The TÜV Rheinland audit was led by Mr. Yudha Pramudita, who carried out a field genba by directly reviewing each stage of the production process, including raw material sorting, milling, crumbing, and other related processes. The audit then continued with an assessment of data readiness, completeness, and documentation management.

During the opening meeting, Mr. Yudha Pramudita, acting as the TÜV Rheinland auditor, explained that the purpose of the audit was to verify the conformity of the quality management system implemented across all business processes at PT Kirana Musi Persada with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

At the closing meeting, the audit results were presented, highlighting a high level of compliance with the quality management standards. The audit concluded with “Zero Findings,” and the lead auditor recommended the issuance of an SNI certificate for PT Kirana Musi Persada. Nevertheless, the auditor also provided several recommendations for further improvement in the future. In addition, the audit team expressed appreciation for the various positive aspects and innovations implemented by PT Kirana Musi Persada in supporting its operational and business performance.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Juan Wijaya Marbun, Factory Manager, stated: “I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all departments (Factory, Office, and Purchasing) for their hard work in ensuring the success of the TÜV Rheinland audit. Alhamdulillah, in 2026 PT KMP once again achieved Zero Findings, just like last year. In my view, this is a strong start, and I hope that in next year’s TÜV audit, we can continue to consistently maintain this positive trend of zero findings.”
