On Friday, December 27, 2024, all levels of PT Pantja Surya management, together with Kasie, Kasubsie, and staff, held a year-end Winning Team event in the yard of the Pantja Surya Factory mess. This activity, which is routinely held every year, aims to build cooperation, increase commitment, and encourage productivity in the crumb rubber industry.

The event began with a barbecue session attended by all participants, creating an atmosphere of togetherness and family. After that, the participants enjoyed a meal together full of warmth and togetherness.
