Implementation of Quality Control Circle Refreshment Training

In order to face business competition, continuous improvement activities are a must. The role of employees is very important in this effort, and PT Kirana Musi Persada has carried out Quality Control Circle (QCC) Refreshment Training regularly every month. This training was attended by 8 QCC member employees per cycle from 16 different QCC circles. With the support of management and departments, as well as the enthusiasm of the participants, the training ran smoothly and effectively. The pre-test and post-test results show an increased understanding of QCC as a continuous improvement activity. Feedback from this training includes the formation and guidance of employees in problem solving, respect for human values in the workplace, offering opportunities to express the best ideas, and encouraging a culture of collaboration. This refreshment training has been going on for 12 months and will continue to be carried out regularly every year to support the spirit of creativity and improvement through QCC.
