Delivery of Flood Disaster Aid by Gapkindo South Sumatra through PT Kirana Musi Persada

The flood disaster hit several sub-districts in Musi Banyuasin. The Musi Banyuasin Regency Government continues to seek assistance for victims affected by the floods in collaboration with Gapkindo in the South Sumatra region through PT Kirana Musi Persada, which has handed over aid to aid distributors and recipients in areas flooded on Tuesday (30/01/2024) and Wednesday (31/01/2024), namely at the Balai Agung Sekayu sub-district office, village housing in Kampong Selarai, and Sukarami village head's office.
Nur Ahmadi (Gapkindo Sumsel), who came directly to deliver aid, together with PT KMP management represented by Frans Kuniawan (Operational Director), Lestari Manullang (Office Manager), Bahren Effendi (Head of HRGA Section), and Muhtarom (Head of GA Subsie), expressed their condolences about the disaster that befell the community of Musi Banyuasin Regency in several villages. "I, a representative from Gapkindo, South Sumatra, through PT Kirana Musi Persada, am also concerned about this disaster by providing direct assistance in the form of basic necessities so that people experiencing disasters can be helped more, their burdens lightened because of the current natural conditions, and the rainfall is quite high." Said Nur Ahmadi (Gapkindo, South Sumatra)
Lendy Adiansyah, S.STP (Kasie Trantib Sekayu District): "We would like to thank Gapkindo through PT Kirana Musi Persada for providing assistance to flood victims, and we will distribute this directly to people in need, especially in the Sekayu area and surrounding areas. Hopefully,  Gapkindo and PT Kirana Musi Persada remain successful and are the largest rubber companies in the world." He said this in his speech.
The activities, which were carried out over 2 days, ran smoothly and in an orderly manner, and the aid distributors and residents receiving aid were very enthusiastic about the assistance provided by Gapkindo through PT Kirana Musi Persada.
