Performance Contract & Internal Improvement in 2024 at PT Kirana Musi Persada

The year 2023 presents various challenges for PT Kirana Musi Persada, but in 2024, all Kirana Megatara people are challenged to remain persistent and optimistic about achieving the targets that have been set. The theme "Hand In Hand As One Team" was raised in the 2024 Performance Contract, which was held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, as a joint commitment to build the company's glory. Even though the previous year may not have achieved optimal results, confidence and optimism for better performance in 2024 are very strong. The event involved playing a kaleidoscope video for 2023, motivation, and signing a commitment to improve performance in the coming year. It is hoped that PT Kirana Musi Persada's performance will continue to improve so that the company continues to exist and be successful in the future.

I really hope that in 2024 PT Kirana Musi Persada's performance will be better than the previous year so that PT KMP will continue to exist and be successful for the next 1000 years, instead of just being a memorable story for our future children and grandchildren," said Mr. Frans Kurniawan (Operational Director) in his closing speech.
